Spirri AB's Code of Conduct and Ethical principles

Purpose

Spirri's Ethical Principles sets forth how we are expected to interact with our stakeholders, colleagues, customers and with the outside world. It is a set of principles that we should comply with in our daily work and which describes our common culture. The Code may, however, not address every situation we face at work. Therefore, the Code is by no means a substitute for our good and unbiased judgment. We must remember that each of us is responsible for our own actions.

These Ethical Principles have been approved by the board of Spirri AB. It is reviewed on an annual basis and revised when necessary.

Scope

Our vision is to offer the world's leading digital booking platform and community within holistic health, spirituality and personal development. We view ourselves as a complement to clinical healthcare, not a replacement. We want all clients and practitioners to be safe on our platform and it is therefore our top priority to ensure a high degree of quality and professionalism.

We are all here to be role models as individuals and as united as a company and brand. By maintaining high ethical standards, staying committed to our values and continually making ourselves deliver upon the trust and respect, we will be able to stand strong and embrace the future we're shaping together.

Rating system: in order to track practitioner quality we use a rating system on the platform. The general rule is to be on three (3) or above to stay on the Spirri platform. If a practitioner's review is under 3, the account will be subject to review.

Spirri requests that practitioners comply with the general rules of conduct adopted by the Swedish association of Mediums (Mediumförbundet). Practitioner understands that practitioner does not enter into a contract or any other rules directly with Mediumförbundet. Any contracts entered into are directly with Spirri AB.
